Jack Coulter: With Every Light and With Every Song
-
Overview
Jack Coulter has a rare gift for translating music
and emotion into vivid, energetic paintings.
Earlier this year we were pleased to collaborate
with Jack on a work that raised significant funds
for the Elton John AIDS Foundation; his creativity,
authenticity, and generosity made a lasting
impression. The way in which he can harness his
synaesthesia into creating art is awe-inspiring.
This new collection of twenty-five paintings
for Winsor Birch shows an artist working with
confidence and conviction, creating work that
feels both deeply personal and widely resonant.
Jack’s paintings invite us to join him in seeing the
world differently, and we are excited about this
new chapter in his artistic journey.
Sir Elton John and David Furnish
Winsor Birch are delighted to present a sensational new body of work by Jack Coulter - his first public exhibition in three years. Taking place in London this July, the exhibition follows on the back of Coulter's recent live performance with Sir Elton John, which culminated in a new work Tiny Dancer, sold to benefit Elton John's AIDS Foundation in March 2026.
Informed by his synathesia, in which Coulter experiences sound as colour, the exhibition encompasses an extraordinary visual and musical journey. Watch this space for the full list of works to be published soon.
