New York Exhibition 2025
Winsor Birch is planning a major exhibition of Henry Orlik's sensational American canvasses in New York in 2025. Orlik lived and worked in the United States between 1980 and 1985. After a brief stay in Los Angeles, he mostly resided in New York, exhibiting in the 80 Washington Square East Galleries, New York University in 1983. The urban landscape - from the skyscrapers to the subway - greatly influenced his work, resulting in some of his most iconic paintings.
